This painting is a response to the old poster “No Irish, No Blacks, No Dogs ” - a poster that some London boarding houses would have put up in their windows in the 1950s….thankfully a lot has changed since then. London is such a wonderful, diverse & inclusive city and I spent many happy years living there. .
