What is the difference between an original and a print?

Prints are high resolution scans of an Original Artwork which are then printed onto premium paper. I use Canson Infinity Baryta Fine Art paper. Please note prints come unframed.

Original Artwork is a piece of artwork that has been hand painted and one of a kind.

 

I have made an order, whats next?

Thanks so much. Now that you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation sharing your order number and a summary of the production and dispatch process. So keep an eye out for it in your inbox.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship globally to all countries around the world.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, I take a variety of Payment Methods. 

 

Do I have to pay tax and custom charges?

I ship worldwide, all TAX and Custom Charges are covered by Niall Conlon Art.

 

I have made an order when should I expect my order?

The nature of the product you have ordered will dictate the wrapping and packing times. in general you should expect to receive a print within 2 weeks.

 

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

I have entered an incorrect delivery address to my order, how do I change this?
