I’ve found painting such a great outlet for letting off steam & expressing my emotions. Often at times we can let doubts & worries creep into our consciousness & to deal with our anxieties we can fall into cycles of destructive habits & behaviours which end up being the road to no town. For me painting really does provide a positive escape where I can live purely in the moment & all life’s worries fade into the background. I feel so lucky to have found it. This painting is called “Release The Pressure” and will shortly be travelling to its new home in London town.
